Shipping / Click & Collect: 
At this point of time shipping nationwide is not something we offer, we hope to be able to offer this service soon.   
Our aim currently is to supply beautiful, on trend plants to people of Gisborne via a click & collect system. 

Hours of Pick up:
Tuesday & Friday 9:30am-5pm
Orders will be ready for pick up, on the collection day closest to order placement. 
E.g if you place an order Monday, collection day will be Tuesday. 
If you place an order Wednesday, collection day will be Friday. 
*orders placed before 9am can be collected on the day
If you have a preference between the two days, please add this as a note when checking out 

Alternative options 

Same day pick up: For those that desperately want their hands on their new plant purchase, or need it for a last minute gift etc. We are more than happy for people to get in contact with us for same day pick up.
Please note we will need enough time/notice to organise and pack the order, and payment must be made via credit card
Other day pick up If you are wanting to make a purchase, but are not able to collect at either of the two collection days, please contact us to arrange a suitable day

We are more than happy to make things work where possible, however all orders that are not collected within the selected, or agreed upon time frames, may incur a holding fee.

How can i pay for my purchase?
We accept all major credit cards, and online bank deposits.

Please note: If you are paying via direct bank deposit, your purchase will not be able to be collected the same day as payment is made, Please allow 24 hours for money to transfer.

Where do i collect my plant:
When you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation of purchase via email or text (whichever you chose at checkout) 
This is to acknowledge that your order has gone through and we will make a start on packing. 

On day of pick up, you will receive a notification from us in the morning letting you know your order is packed and ready for collection 
Please check your junkbox if using an email address 

Collection is from 16 Parker Lane, in a clearly sign written gated area left to the store stating "plant pickup" each order will be clearly named so there should be no confusion on pick up.

Stock Availability:
If by chance your order has been paid in full and we are unable to supply a specific plant for whatever reason we will notify & refund as soon as possible. 

Returns:
Please choose wisely when making a purchase, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, and are unable to provide a refund and/or swaps once the order has been packed.

We try our very best to capture images that best portray our plant stock & colours. If you are unsure it is best to contact us and ask for more picture before you make your purchase. 

In an instance where something is wrong with the plant, and you need to return it for a refund as it's faulty you must contact us with images within 24 hours of picking it up so we can assess the situation
