Very similar to one of our all time favourites the N'joy, with a few slight differences.

The Glacier is a smaller, compact plant featuring leaves that have a tickled speckled look about them, and are more of a pastel green rather than a bright green. 
The Glacier is a must have for every plant collector. 

Prefers a warm spot, with bright indirect light. 

Allow soil to dry between watering, to avoid root & stem rot. 
Water till the soil is moist, not soggy.
